We all know, esp those who already had an experience applying for a job the importance of a well-written cover letter. It does add "pow" to your application and resume. At first it may be confusing to create one but in the long run as you gain more job experiences, it will then become easier to write a cover letter, as you will be able to indicate more job descriptions making your cover letter longer, but of course longer doesn't always mean effective, it will be much appealing if you write it concisely and precisely. Well, in the long run as you continue creating it you will eventually get the technique and be able to master on how to write an effective one.
