CITI Bank Irate Customer
Have you heard about the call from a customer that was so irate?! She curse and shout like no one else could ever done. It's just so disbelieving that she curse against Filipino whom she is also a Filipino. I just think that she really has a bad experience with her stay here in the Philippines or she's just plain crazy. Well, at least the Call Center Agent handled the situation quite well.
Here's another call about a complaint from a PLDT Customer Service Representative, dealing about DSL connection interruption. It's funny because the Agent who took the call get pissed with the customers so she curse back to him. Try to listen. Give your comments to what happen.
